Goal

First of all, I would like to say that this is fantastic. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/> I love the feel of intense motion; that's really captured by the look of the horse's face and the rider's position. You've incorperated wonderful detail: the tack moving with the horse, the turf flying... Just wonderful. I think a couple of the horse's legs are off - the right rear is a little... I want to say stick-like; the joint is funny. The right fore is has great muscling, but I think it could be just a bit thicker in the top half. Overall, you've done a fabulous job.
